24plus logistics network is an efficient forwarding and logistics corporation of European calibre. 58 permanent system partners and four associated partners work together in the corporation forming an integrated transport network with defined standards of performance. 46 partners are based in Germany and twelve further partners take care of hub-functions in their own countries and regions. The four associated partners are ECON for Russia, Ecu-Line for international sea freight, KLG Europe for Romania and SOMAT for Bulgaria.
The corporation offers an extensive LCL (Less than Car Load) net to its members and their customers in Europe. Additionally value-added services are provided.
In 2008 7.7 million LCL consignments were forwarded within the corporation's network. The turnover of the corporation's network amounted to 454.7 million Euros in the financial year 2008. Thus 24plus achieved a growth of 5.8 per cent compared to the year before. The quality management of 24plus' logistics network has been certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. The auditors of the TÜV-Certificate (Technical Supervisory Association) confirm that 24plus has an appropriate quality management system, which covers not only the business in the German distribution centres but also those of the collective network. Besides the standard LCL business, the German domestic product range was also certified, which includes 24plus' time products "Speedtime" with delivery times of before 8am, 10am and 12 noon as well as "Speedtime next day". Each distribution centre is often examined by internal and external audits.
